1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IntelStream ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IntelStream provides energy sector intelligence, project data, market insights, and related analytics tools. The Service includes access to a database of energy projects, companies, contracts, and market data, subject to your subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk; (b) share your account credentials with unauthorized users; (c) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data available through the Service are the property of IntelStream or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, IntelStream does not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any data. You should independently verify critical information before making business decisions. Data is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
